About CADA

Mission Statement
CADA is an open organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional handlers in the field of accelerant detection canines. Its aim is to provide support for all involved in education, health, and training of our canine partners while providing guidelines to promote professionalism, integrity, and the standards it represents.

Membership
Active Member: Those eligible to become active members shall be qualified canine handlers with qualified dogs in accordance with the criteria set forth by the Canine Accelerant Detection Association; or those individuals involved with the use of these canines. Only active members have a right to vote.

Certification
You must be a current active member in good standing to attend the annual conference and proficiency test.

 

The next conference and proficiency test is scheduled for September 20th – 22nd, 2012 (Thursday/ Friday/Saturday), and will be held at:

Elite K-9
7660 Old US Highway 45
Boaz, Kentucky 42027 (just outside Paducah, KY)
